Wind speed and direction

The app provides detailed wind data that's easy to interpret including:

• Wind speed in your preferred units (mph, km/h, knots, or m/s)
• Wind direction shown as compass points (N, NE, E, etc.)
• Wind bearing in degrees (0° to 360°)
• Gust information during inconsistent wind conditions

How to switch between wind speed and gust views

To get the full picture of wind conditions:

1. Open Weather in your menu
2. Tap the wind symbol to view wind forecasts
3. Tap the wind symbol again or the forecast itself to toggle between steady wind speed and gust forecasts

Customizing wind measurement units in Fishing Points

To change how wind speed is displayed:

1. Open settings in your menu
2. Select Measurement units
3. Tap Wind
4. Choose your preferred units (mph, km/h, knots, m/s, or Bft)
