Anchor Mode lets you set an anchor point and monitors your position to alert you if your boat drifts beyond a set distance — helping you stay safe and in place while fishing.
How to access Anchor mode
1. Open Map tool menu (white “+” button) on the bottom-right of your main map screen
2. Select “Set anchor”
3. Tap “Set anchor location”
4. Choose your allowed drift distance and tap “Start tracking”.
Anchoring
Once Anchor Mode is active:
- The app tracks your current distance from the anchor location.
- If you drift outside the set distance, you’ll receive an alert.
- Tap the gear icon to change the allowed distance at any time.
- Tap the rewind icon to view your drift path since setting the anchor.
Saving catches & anchor location
You can save catches to your anchor location. Before exiting Anchor Mode, the app will prompt you to save the anchor point as a Location so your catches are stored properly.
